Dear Ratnaveera,
Diabetics is the most dangerous disorder which is killing people and damaging their vital organs than the AIDS.
You had chosen a very wise topic for your hub which in fact is very necessary in the management of Diabetics.
As diabetics is killing many peoples day by day which is mentioned as a "Silent Killer" unofficially this article will give many peoples an insight on the need of maintenance through a good diet and regular exercise especially
But even though this disorder is not completely curable this can be 100% controlled through proper medicating, less sugar consumption , brisk walking in morning and evening for 5 kms , eating oatmeal with some fruits in breakfast.
We have great people in sports and film who had carried this with out any one knowing they have it.
One is Mr. Amithab Bachan from Bollywood.Another one is Pakistan Cricketer Mr.Wasim Akram. Can any imagine they have this disorder like the common suffering this very much. no. Yes they are lucky to have money and time to manage. But middle class people need to be active and happy doing all this things. good hub voted up and useful .
Slightly would be more better if you can write some portion on the nature therapies by researching. thanks for sharing.
